POWELL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - It’s a video that has been viewed more than one million times as police chased a pickup truck down the Mountain Parkway on Sunday. Aaron Elliot, the Mt. Sterling man police said was behind the wheel of the red pickup truck, now faces a list of charges, including assault on a police officer. The chase started in Winchester and crossed into Powell County, where Stanton and Clay City police joined in, and crashed Elliot’s truck to a stop.
