Mexican fugitive El Chapo is offering 10 MILLION DOLLARS to any United States citizen that’s willing to hide him and help aid in his escape from authorities! Apparently, the message was sent out through El Chapo‘s Sinaloa Cartel and made its way to all other affiliates in Mexico and the U.S.!
