“Empire” TV Show's Second Season Cancelled By Fox!


LOS ANGELES – After only being on air for one whole season, popular soap opera TV show ‘Empire’ has been reportedly cancelled by Its television broadcasters—Fox. The show was cancelled for failure to film episodes of Season two, which were scheduled to air September of 2015.

Empire grew extremely popular with young adults and nearly trended on Twitter for every episode airing. Empire starred Terrence Howard, Bryshere Y. Gray, Jussie Smollett, and more. The cancellation of Empire is extremely shocking considering it’s positive reviews for season one.

Fox revealed that Empire executive producer Lee Daniels and he rest of the cast failed to write and film any season 2 episodes, not even the first episode. Upon finding out, Fox decided to cancel the show altogether for failure to reach expectations of their contract.
